Profile privacy

Request a profile privacy review

Players may request staff review of public profile display, display names, or privacy-sensitive information. This request does not immediately hide rating, match, tournament, or leaderboard records; staff review is required so public history remains consistent and auditable.

How privacy review works

  • Staff verify that the requester is connected to the affected player profile.
  • Match and tournament records may need to remain in history for ratings, disputes, audit trails, and event results.
  • When approved, staff can adjust public display details without silently changing official match history.
  • Contact details such as email and phone are not shown on public roster or partner-board pages by default.
  • A request cannot be marked resolved until identity is verified, the approved action is completed through an authorized workflow, and staff record which public projections they checked.
  • Do not attach identity documents to the form; staff will arrange an appropriate verification method.
